Richard Hentworth sold strata management franchise businesses from January 2009 as a National Business Development Manager of a large organisation.

Richard then specialised in industrial business sales from October 2013 concentrating on the sale of manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, and related industrial service businesses in the state of Victoria. 

Since becoming the licensee of Industrial Business Brokers in December 2015, Richard has sold a range of industrial businesses. This includes Argibond Dental Laboratory Supplies, Progressive Fencing, Allwall Jointsealing, Clearshield Victoria state franchise, Complete Metal Protection, Excite Powder Coating, and Pneu Vibe. 

Acquisition Advocacy services have included a large packaging conglomerate and investment groups. 

Court reporting services as an expert witness have included compulsory business relocation by state government with lost revenue, and business sale agreement disputes in the County Court over non-compete clauses.

Preferring to ensure high client satisfaction, Richard limits listings to ensure a high list to sale ratio and confidentiality in the sales process. Almost all businesses receiving an offer are at, above or near asking price.
